Tayseer Almattar

Founder & Manager

Tayseer mainly handles expansions of TforDesign operations, conversing with partners, and guiding TforDesign’s strategic direction. For many years, Tayseer worked in different training functions in one of the globally leading oil and gas corporations handing functions from first-hand training, curriculum design, and quality assurance to accredited institutions. He is also a co-founder of ideabee Design Consultancy.

Tayseer has a passion for driving Design methodologies like Design Thinking as an approach towards value creation to organizations. He authored the book Learn SOLIDWORKS 2020 published by Packt Publishing. Tayseer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Design degree in International Design and Business Management. In his free time, Tayseer enjoys exploring the outdoors and playing video games.

Mohsina Zafer

Technical Support Lead

Mohsina handles the ongoing technical support for TforDesign’s SOLIDWORKS courses. She is the one who would give you a push whenever you face difficulty following up with our technical SOLIDWORKS courses. Mohsina believes in changing the world through innovation and technology. She is a Mechatronics and Control Engineer who is also passionate about CAD design and machine and deep learning.

Her love for 3D modeling started 6 years ago in which she has been utilizing SOLIDWORKS as her main design tool for different projects. When not working, Mohsina loves to read and make restaurant-quality food.

Chloe Tam

Graphics & Marketing Lead

Chloe mainly leads the marketing strategy and related graphic designs for TforDesign. For the last 4 years, Chloe worked in advertising, event marketing, graphic design, and store planning design. Chloe brings in a diverse marketing and creative skills and knowledge to the team.

Chloe has a passion for learning new skills to execute creativity in unique and unusual ways. Chloe has a Bachelor of Design degree in advertising design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In her free time, Chloe enjoys drawing illustrations and hanging out with friends.

Grace Estella Whitfield

Intern

Grace contributes to content creation, primarily through script writing and video editing, and helped in the development of the Internship Recruitment and Business Automation project. She focuses mainly on creative work, but also assists in marketing and communication.

Grace is an aspiring multimedia artist currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, with a diverse skillset in video and photo editing, illustration, and graphic design. She is deeply enthusiastic about multimedia art and up-and-coming technologies in the art and design field. Grace's greatest strengths lie in her independent problem-solving skills and adaptive resourcefulness, and she enjoys working with others to cultivate innovative ideas.

In her free time, Grace delights in sketching, spending time outdoors, and reading.

Patricia Christie Djauhari

Intern

Patricia is mainly in charge of the content management of the TforDesign's YouTube channel, helping out by writing down scripts and editing educational videos for the channel. She also contributed in helping with the in the development of the Internship Recruitment and Business Automation project.

Patricia is pursuing a bachelor's degree in creative media at this time. She picks things up quickly and can modify her skills to fit the demands of the business. She is eager to learn new things and has a constant curiosity. She specializes in graphic design and digital art, and she has been working on creative projects since she was in school.

Other than creating digital content, she also likes experiments with different medium of art such as handicrafts or sculpting.

Clayton Tsoi

Intern

Clayton is an Electronic Engineering student interning at TforDesign on the Automation team. Passionate about problem-solving, Clayton excels in tackling complex tasks and is dedicated to improving API and software skills. With a clear vision and logical approach, Clayton aims to take on increasingly challenging projects in business automation, demonstrating a commitment to growth and delivering effective solutions.

While searching for solutions, Clayton firmly believes in being highly proactive, guided by the classic Chinese saying, "There is no difficult task in the world; Only those lacking determination will fear." This mindset serves as his inspiration, guides him to overcome any obstacle that comes his way.

To Hon Ming James

Intern

James is a driven individual with a diverse academic background in biotechnology, entrepreneurship, and healthcare management. He contributes and assists in automating the newly launched business processes using Zapier.

Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, James shows his willingness to learn and adapt. He is not afraid of failure, and firmly believe in the value of trial and error. He is a hardworking team player with excellent communication skills. His internship experience working in TforDesign has provided valuable insights into business expansion and growth strategies.

Keizha Dela Cruz

Intern

Keizha is primarily responsible for the business development sector of TforDesign's Automations project, and she also assists with the automations and IT processes.

Keizha is currently studying at The University of Hong Kong, where she is pursuing a double major in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, as well as Information Systems and Data Analytics. She enjoys taking on new challenges and is always eager to go to great lengths to expand her knowledge.

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Keizha has a passion for travel and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Iqra Bibi

Intern

Iqra is currently pursuing her studies in Aerospace Engineering at HKUST. Her insatiable curiosity and passion for learning drive her to constantly seek out new knowledge and skills. She embraces challenges with enthusiasm and approaches them with a problem-solving mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.

Iqra is especially passionate about bringing a change and being part of a community that strives for the betterment of society as a whole. At TforDesign, Iqra plays a crucial role in ensuring the courses provided meet the highest standards of quality. She also assists with the content creation and technical aspects of the company.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Iqra is an avid baker and loves experimenting with new recipes from all around the world.
