Tayseer Almattar

Founder & Manager

Tayseer mainly handles expansions of TforDesign operations, conversing with partners, and guiding TforDesign’s strategic direction. For many years, Tayseer worked in different training functions in one of the globally leading oil and gas corporations handing functions from first-hand training, curriculum design, and quality assurance to accredited institutions. He is also a co-founder of ideabee Design Consultancy.

Tayseer has a passion for driving Design methodologies like Design Thinking as an approach towards value creation to organizations. He authored the book Learn SOLIDWORKS 2020 published by Packt Publishing. Tayseer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Design degree in International Design and Business Management. In his free time, Tayseer enjoys exploring the outdoors and playing video games.

Mohsina Zafer

Technical Support Lead

Mohsina handles the ongoing technical support for TforDesign’s SOLIDWORKS courses. She is the one who would give you a push whenever you face difficulty following up with our technical SOLIDWORKS courses. Mohsina believes in changing the world through innovation and technology. She is a Mechatronics and Control Engineer who is also passionate about CAD design and machine and deep learning.

Her love for 3D modeling started 6 years ago in which she has been utilizing SOLIDWORKS as her main design tool for different projects. When not working, Mohsina loves to read and make restaurant-quality food.

Chloe Tam

Graphics & Marketing Lead

Chloe mainly leads the marketing strategy and related graphic designs for TforDesign. For the last 4 years, Chloe worked in advertising, event marketing, graphic design, and store planning design. Chloe brings in a diverse marketing and creative skills and knowledge to the team.

Chloe has a passion for learning new skills to execute creativity in unique and unusual ways. Chloe has a Bachelor of Design degree in advertising design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In her free time, Chloe enjoys drawing illustrations and hanging out with friends.

Patricia Christie Djauhari

Intern

Patricia is mainly in charge of the content management of the TforDesign's YouTube channel, helping out by writing down scripts and editing educational videos for the channel. She also contributed in helping with the in the development of the Internship Recruitment and Business Automation project.

Patricia is pursuing a bachelor's degree in creative media at this time. She picks things up quickly and can modify her skills to fit the demands of the business. She is eager to learn new things and has a constant curiosity. She specializes in graphic design and digital art, and she has been working on creative projects since she was in school.

Other than creating digital content, she also likes experiments with different medium of art such as handicrafts or sculpting.

Wong Hoi Wing Harry

Intern

Harry is a creative and detail-oriented designer with a solid background in UI/UX, website, and app design, plus hands-on experience in VR, VFX, motion graphics, video production, and website development. He specializes in delivering engaging digital experiences across platforms.

Harry is currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in Design (Interaction Design) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He primarily works on UI/UX design and content creation at TforDesign. Through human-centered design principles, he creates intuitive and emotionally resonant digital product experiences.

Riona Santos

Intern

Riona focuses on content creation and social media management, contributing significantly to the Karkade platform project. Currently pursuing her Bachelor's in New Media at City University of Hong Kong, she combines academic insight with hands-on experience. As a driven and adaptable individual, Riona is eager to explore new creative opportunities and make an impact on future projects.

Cheung Ming Ka Simon

Intern

Simon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Data Engineering. As an intern in the Tech Development (Software / Automation) role, he plays a vital role in designing and implementing innovative software solutions aimed at optimizing automation processes within the organization. His key responsibilities involve collaborating with team members to pinpoint areas for improvement, developing automation scripts to boost efficiency.

With a deep passion for technology and problem-solving, Simon is dedicated to applying the theoretical knowledge he has gained from his coursework to address real-world challenges. He actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow, consistently making valuable contributions to the team while refining his technical skills and deepening his understanding of the industry.
